Return & Refund Policy

Sales and Returns

Once a product is unboxed, it is considered sold, and the sale is final The Seller is not liable for any mistaken purchases or incorrect items ordered by the Customer. However, if the item is damaged or does not function when unboxed, the Customer is eligible for a return as per the Seller’s return policy.

Damage or Defective Items
  • If a product is received damaged or defective, the Customer must notify the Seller immediately upon delivery.
  • The Seller may request photographic evidence or video demon­strating the damage or defect before approving an exchange or refund.
  • The Seller will offer a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective Products as requested by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Exclusions

The Seller shall not accept returns or provide refunds for Products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to improper handling by the Customer.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Return Window: Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Items that have been damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
